Terms of use
Qassa lets you find barbershops in Egypt, see their real free times and book. By making an account or a booking you agree to these terms.
1. Your account
You need a Qassa account to book: your name, a mobile number and an email, or Google. Keep your password private; you're responsible for bookings made with your account.
One account per person and per mobile number. We may close accounts used for fake bookings or abuse.
2. Bookings
A booking reserves a time with a barber at a shop. The shop provides the service; Qassa is the booking platform between you and the shop.
Please arrive on time. If you're more than 10–15 minutes late the shop may give your time to someone else.
Prices shown are set by each shop. You pay for the cut at the shop, in cash or by card, unless the shop says otherwise.
3. Booking fee
Some bookings need a small booking fee (shown before you book, e.g. 20 EGP per person) paid by InstaPay or mobile wallet. It holds your time and is not part of the price of the cut.
Your time is held for a few minutes while you pay. If the payment isn't sent in time the hold ends and the time is freed for others.
Qassa checks each transfer. A booking is confirmed only after the transfer is approved.
4. Cancelling and refunds
You can cancel from your booking page. Cancelling at least 2 hours before your time returns the booking fee to your Qassa wallet at once (see the Refund policy).
Cancelling after that time, or not coming, means the booking fee isn't returned.
If a shop cancels your booking, the booking fee always goes back to your Qassa wallet.
5. Fair use
Don't make bookings you don't mean to keep, use someone else's details, or try to break, scrape or overload Qassa.
Reviews, messages and photos you send must be honest and respectful.
6. Shops on Qassa
Each barbershop is responsible for its services, staff, prices and opening hours. Problems with a service should first be raised with the shop; we'll help where we can.
7. Changes and liability
We may update Qassa and these terms; the date at the bottom shows the latest version. Qassa is provided as is; to the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect losses from using it.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt.
