Refund policy

1. You cancel 2 hours or more before your time

The whole booking fee comes back to your Qassa wallet at once.

2. You cancel less than 2 hours before, or don't come

The booking fee isn't returned: the barber kept that time for you.

3. The shop or barber cancels

The booking fee always comes back to your Qassa wallet, whenever they cancel.

4. Payment mistakes

Paid after your hold ran out and the time was gone, or paid twice? Once we see the money, it goes to your Qassa wallet.

Sent the wrong amount? We reject the transfer and add what did arrive to your Qassa wallet.

5. Your wallet

Wallet money pays booking fees on Qassa, in full or in part (you transfer the rest). It can't be withdrawn or sent to someone else.

6. No account?

Old bookings made without a Qassa account can't use a wallet: we send their refund back by hand to the number they paid from.
