What we keep

Your account: name, mobile number, email, and a scrambled (hashed) password, or your Google account id if you use Google.

Your bookings: shop, barber, services, time, status, and booking-fee payments (the sender name or number you typed and any screenshot you uploaded).

Basic security logs (e.g. sign-in attempts) to stop abuse.

Why

To make and manage your bookings, let the shop know who's coming, check booking-fee transfers and refunds, send password-reset emails, and keep Qassa safe.

Who sees it

The shop you book sees your name, mobile number and booking. The Qassa team sees what it needs to run the platform and check payments.

We don't sell your data. We use trusted services to run Qassa (hosting, database, email delivery, and Google if you sign in with it).

How long

We keep your account while it's open. Booking records are kept so shops can keep their records and for accounting.

Your choices

Edit your details any time in Settings. You can delete your account from Settings → Delete account; your personal details are then removed from it.
